survey & inspections
Our team of Retest Technicians are able to carry out on-site testing and recertify any fall protection equipment present. They will provide a detailed report and quotation for any remedial works required.
recertification of Work restraint & arrest systems
Xcel Safety are able to retest all types of cable based fall arrest systems on varying roof types.
recertification of guardrail systems
Collective freestanding and fixed guardrail systems require regular yearly inspections
recertification of roof access equipment
Access equipment such as ladders, step overs, raised platforms, walkways, and staircases are all subject to a yearly inspection.
recertification of eyebolts
Internal eyebolts used for window cleaning & external work positioning eyebolts should also be retested annually.
inspection of PPE
PPE such as harness, lanyards, rope and grab units, and line travellers should be inspected AT LEAST every 12 months by a competent person.
